All prices quoted on the website are Canadian Retail. Prices are subject to change based on fluctuating exchange rates.


Shipping
We ship via CANPAR or FedEx. We offer same-day shipping on most orders.
FREE FREIGHT on minimum $400 net shipments.

Overdue accounts are subject to interest charge of 1.5% per month.
Alternate payment terms may be negotiated to suit your requirements.

Returns Policy for Books
Products received damaged or shipment errors must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of shipment. Please retain the shipping container for orders damaged in transit.
Products may be returned for credit after three months but no later than one year after the invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse return materials that are damaged, worn, marked or bearing price stickers or other forms of identification. To facilitate returns, please provide the following information:

▪ Quantity
▪ Retail Price and,
▪ Original invoice number

Insufficient return information may incur a 10% re-stocking fee.

Credits Credits are issued promptly upon receipt of product. Subsequent invoices will reflect your credit. PLEASE DO NOT DEDUCT RETURNS FROM PAYMENTS UNTIL A CREDIT IS ISSUED.
