Ordering Information

Pricing:
Pricing on our website is suggested Canadian retail.
Wholesale prices for products can be viewed once added to your shopping cart.

Ordering:
We do not have a minimum order.
Orders can be placed online, via email, phone, fax or EDI.

Back Orders:
Items not in stock will be held on your account and shipped out with future orders as they become available. You will receive an updated back order report every Friday, feel free to request one at any time. Please advise if you do not wish back ordered items to be kept on your account.

Shipping:
Shipping is F.O.B from Toronto, Ontario M1E 1V7 Canada.

Orders are shipped via Fedex or Canpar. Shipping costs are set by the carrier and based on zones, dimensions, and weight of your order.

Once your order is processed, you will be contacted with a copy of your invoice, including your shipping costs. If you have any special instructions re: shipping (i.e. you would like to know the availability of items before shipping) please put them in the comment section of your order.

We offer free shipping on in-stock orders of books and decks over $400, up to 5% of the books and deck total, excluding residential and remote/rural surcharges. (i.e. for a $600 in-stock order of books and decks, we pay for shipping to a maximum of $30 and you are responsible for the remaining shipping costs and any surcharges).

Sidelines are not included in our free shipping offer (even when combined with a $400+ in-stock book and deck orders).

Payments:
We accept MasterCard, Visa and e-transfers. No COD.
Net 30 terms are available upon approval of completed credit application. Please note that your first order must be prepaid.
Overdue accounts are subject to interest charge of 1.5% per month.

Damages or Shipment Errors:
Damages or shipment errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt and we will advise of next steps. Delays in reporting damages or shipment errors significantly impacts our ability to work with shipping carriers (if necessary) to recover damages/errors.
We may request images of the damaged items and boxes. Please retain the shipping boxes (or at a minimum take photos) for product damaged in transit.

Returns – Sidelines
All sidelines are non-returnable.
Sidelines include all products except for books and decks.

Returns – Books & Decks
Books and decks marked with NR in the title are non-returnable.
All other books and decks may be returned for credit on account only (no refunds) after 3 months but no later then 1 year from the invoice date.

Do not return items before contacting us first for approval. Please email (quantamail@quanta.ca) the following for each item you would like to return:
– ISBN
– Title
– Quantity
– Original Invoice #

Insufficient return information may incur a 10% re-stocking fee.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.

Returns must arrive in saleable condition, so please be sure to appropriately pack the items for shipping. We reserve the right to refuse return materials that are damaged, worn, marked or bearing price stickers or other forms of identification.

Credits are issued upon receipt of product, reflected in subsequent invoices and valid for 1 year from date of issue.

Calendars and dated periodicals are returnable up to March 1st of the same year they are dated.
Any calendars and dated periodicals marked NR in the title are non returnable.
